OTTAWA — Three people were taken to Overland Park Regional Medical Center after a two-vehicle crash at U.S. 59 and Rock Creek Road Wednesday night. The Kansas Highway Patrol said Terry Gibson, 47, Ottawa was going west on Rock Creek Road when he drove around a vehicle that was stopped at the stop sign at U.S. 59. Troopers said Gibson drove onto the highway without stopping. Carla Moody, Garnett, was going south on U.S. 59 when she hit Gibson’s pickup. They were both injured and taken to the Overland Park hospital. A passenger in Gibson’s pickup, Ray Nash , Paola, was also injured and taken to Overland Park, troopers said.
