OTTAWA — ECKAN will have an election to name a member to the board of directors. The member will be picked by clients of ECKAN in an election next Monday. If you are an ECKAN client and 18 years or older and a low-income resident of Franklin Ccounty, you are eligible to vote. Ballots will be available at the Ottawa VFW post from 9 to 11:30 a.m. and at Wellsville Walnut Plaza from 10 a.m. to noon Monday. That will also be a food commodity day for Franklin County.
