OSAGE CITY — The Osage City Council will hear a presentation from the state about the National Flood Insurance Program tonight at 7 at city hall. The council will also hear about efforts to improve safety at the intersection of K-31 and U.S. 75. A Vassar teen was killed at the intersection this summer and her family has been pushing the state to make changes at the intersection.
