BALDWIN CITY — The Maple Leaf Festival is this weekend in Baldwin City. Chairman Annie France said this year’s kiddie parade is 10:45 Saturday morning and the Maple Leaf parade is 11. Walt Bailey is the grand marshal of this year’s parade. The Maple Leaf Festival will include the annual lineup of quilters, crafters, food, fun and music.
