OTTAWA — The Ottawa Recreation Commission has picked Lawrence architect Gould and Evans to design a new recreation center next to Eisenhower School. ORC Theron Diechman says he hopes to have a contract with the architect soon. He said he hopes to have a conceptual drawing that shows what the center could like before the end of the year.
