OTTAWA — Despite the heavy fall of water from the skies, the city of Ottawa continues to push on with a $800,000 project that will improve the flow of water under the ground. City manager Richard Nienstedt. The project is involves rebuilding and expanding the water network north of the Marais des Cygnes River and connecting it to the old city water tower, he said. The work will help accommodate expect residential and industrial growth in northern Ottawa.
