OTTAWA — Franklin County law and emergency officials plan to take part in a disaster drill involving the Wolf Creek nuclear power plant in the fall of 2010. County emergency director Alan Radcliffe said Franklin County is down-wind from the nuclear power and could be affected by an accident there. He said the drill will be in addition to the county’s own disaster drill in the spring.
