OTTAWA — It was a party too far for five people from Wichita late Saturday night. They were collared by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department when their car was pulled over during a DUI check lane at Sand Creek Road and U.S. 59. Chelsie Nicholson was cited for possession of marijuana. Joshua Macy was cited for possession of marijuana, transporting open container and minor in consumption. Kyle Nutter was cited for possession of marijuana. Joseph Murdick and Chad Castleberry were cited for transporting open containers and minors in consumption. The party ended when they ended up in the Franklin County Jail.
