OTTAWA — A 23-year-old Ottawa man is in jail on suspicion of some of the auto burglaries that occurred over the weekend. Ottawa police said Shane Michael Kloog was arrested in connection with a shoplifting at Wal-Mart.He was being held on suspicion of burglary from an auto, criminal damage, theft and illegally possessing a prescription drug.
