OTTAWA — An 18-year-old Ottawa man is pleading guilty to aggravated indecent liberties with a child younger than 14. Aaron Green will be sentenced in Franklin County District Court on Dec. 7. Charges of rape and indecent liberties were dropped as part of the agreement. He remains in jail.
