TOPEKA — The University of Kansas Libraries will honor Kansas artists Thursday night from 6:30 to 8:30 at the Topeka Performing Arts Center. KU librarian Susan Craig will be guest speaker. Craig wrote the book “The Biographical Dictionary of Kansas Artists” featuring 1,700 Kansas artists, including some from Franklin County. A dessert reception will follow at 7:30.
