LAWRENCE — Kansas University student Kimberly Moore, Paola, has received a federal Benjamin Gilman International Scholarship to study abroad. Moore is majoring in global and international studies and preparing to study law and education. Last spring, she studied in Santiago de Compostela, Spain. This semester, she is talking with high school students in the Baldwin City and Lawrence areas about the benefits of study abroad and the Gilman Scholarship. A junior, Moore is a Baldwin High School graduate.
