OTTAWA–police are asking for the public’s help in solving a crime…it involved a burglary and robbery of the Windmill Cafe. Also unsolved is a report of a 12 year old girl accosted by a stranger outside Lincoln School on October 29. The suspect is described as a heavy-built white man, late 50’s to early 60’s, and wearing glasses. he was waiting in an older tan mini-van.
