Losses set up cross-state rivalry

NORMAN, Okla. — In other college football, Oklahoma held off Kansas State to pick up a 42-30 Big 12 victory Saturday. Texas Tech beat Kansas University 42-21. The Jayhawks will play the Wildcats in Manhattan next Saturday.
