RICHMOND — Three rural departments responded to a fire in the 200 block of North Baldwin Street in Richmond Sunday night. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said that the Richmond Fire Department put out the fire in the attic before any major damage was done to the house. There was minor smoke damage.
