OTTAWA — Vandals broke several windows in the area on Halloween night. Ottawa police said someone broke a back glass in a parked vehicle in the 100 block of South Main. Vandals broke windows at KFC in the 2121 Princeton; Advance Payday, in the 1500 block of South Main, Gerkin Rental in the 100 block of East 15th, Ranson Memorial Hospital’s Gollier Center in the 900 block of South Main, and the Ottawa Herald in the 100 block of South Cedar. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department said a house in the 300 block of North Main in Pomona was also damaged.
