WICHITA — The new Kansas Center for Autism Research and Training will hold its first conference for Kansas families and professionals Friday and Saturday in Wichita. Kansas University scientist Debra Kamps said ‘Autism Across the Life Span’ will look at issues from early childhood through adulthood including early education, social skills and behavior, transition to adulthood, community living and employment.
