OHS sophomore newest Youth in Government member

OTTAWA — Dalton Blankinship is the newest member of Ottawa’s Youth in Government program. Blankinship is a sophomore at Ottawa High School. He was sworn in at Wednesday night’s Ottawa City Commission meeting.
