WELLSVILLE — A 20-year-old Paola woman received possible injuries in a two-vehicle accident at an I-35 interchange south of Wellsville Friday afternoon. Ryeail Rees was taken to Overland Park Regional Hospital. The Kansas Highway Patrol said Rees was driving north on K-33 when she struck a SUV driven by Dustin Campbell. Troopers said Campbell had used the exit ramp to leave I-35 but failed to stop at the sign and drove in front of Rees. Campbell wasn’t injured. Troopers say a passenger in Rees’ vehicle, 4-year-old Hailey Rees, was in a child restraint and wasn’t injured.
