OTTAWA — Ottawa police said vandals damaged or broke windows at four places overnight. A window was broken out of a backhoe owned by BRB Contractors in the 300 block of West Wilson. A front window was broken out of the Kansas Gas Service building in the 1300 block of East Logan. Advance America Loans had another window broken on its building in the 200 block of East 23rd Street. A window was broken in the front of EZ Payday Loans in the 1500 block of South Main.
