OTTAWA — Franklin County Extension agent Darren Hibdon said the county soybean harvest is 55 to 60 percent complete. The harvest has been hampered by the nearly-constant fall rains, he said. Wisconsin soybean farmer and United Soybean Board marketing director Jim Call said U.S. soybean exports continue to be at record levels. The quality of U.S. soy exports is a key selling point overseas, Call said.
