LYNDON — The Osage County Sheriff’s Department has cancelled Monday night’s missing person report for 16-year-old Sarah Harris of Burlingame.Sheriff Laurie Dunn said the girl was found in Topeka shortly after TV stations aired the report Monday night at 10.
