OTTAWA — For the first time, the Franklin County Health Department will have a wide-open swine flu H1N1 vaccination clinic. Health director midge ransom said anyone age 64 or younger can get a swine flu vaccination at the health department Wednesday from 10 to 2. The vaccinations will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
