OLATHE — An Ottawa woman was treated and released at Olathe Medical Center after she hit a semi-truck on I-35 in Olathe Monday. The Kansas Highway Patrol said Debbie Peffly was driving south on I-35 when she looked down for a moment and hit the back of a semi-truck driven by Eddie Miller of Del City, Okla. Miller wasn’t injured.
