OTTAWA — The Franklin County Red Cross blood drive is 1-6 p.m. Wednesday at the Kansas National guard armory. Franklin County Red Cross chairman Joe Rich said blood is in short supply because of the holidays. Those who come in can get free chili or soup, he said.
