OTTAWA — Students in Ottawa’s Youth in Government program have elected new officers. Zach George is the program’s mayor. Molly Rugg is mayor pro-tem. Abby Guenther is clerk. Darrah Jorgensen is project manager. This year, students will serve on local government boards as student liaisons.
