OTTAWA–One thing about this year no one can argue with….we’ve had lots of rain. Franklin County Agriculture Agent Darren Hibdon says normally we have about 38 inches of rain. Year to date, we’ve had 50 inches and there’s still 3 weeks to go in 2009.
