TOPEKA — Dean Tucker has received a Service Recognition Award from SafeKids Kansas. Tucker was honored for his work as the coordinator of SafeKids Osage County. Safekids Kansas said that while he was the coordinator, Tucker worked tirelessly to teach parents how to properly restrain their children in child safety seats and provide children with education on the safest way to wear their seat belts.
