OTTAWA — Ottawa University has found out if you want to work without a wire, you gotta go higher. OU is seeking a permit from the city to increase the height of its campus radio tower for a new broadband wireless system. City manager Richard Nienstedt said the city commissioners have put OU’s request on their Dec. 16 agenda.
