OTTAWA – A Wellsville man will appear in Franklin County District Court Thursday morning in connection with the death of a 21-year-old motorcyclists near Wellsville this summer. 51-year-old Roger Shaw will face a charge of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Aaron Kichler, Ottawa, at an accident at the intersection of Shawnee and Texas roads in July.
