HIAWATHA — A Republican state senator from Hiawatha saidhe is strongly considering a primary challenge to Second District U.S. Rep. Lynn Jenkins. Dennis Pyle said that Jenkins hasn’t been conservative enough. He said Jenkins paints herself as an outsider but is part of the problem in Washington. Pyle said he’ll make a final decision early next year.
