TOPEKA — Attorney General Steve Six and the Riley County and Lawrence police departments have issued a warning to be on the look out during the winter break. Law officers have been trying to stop a series of rapes that happen near Kansas and Kansas State universities during breaks. Officers say residents should be careful and watch for any unusual activity.
