OTTAWA — The First National Bank of Louisburg has opened a new loan office in Ottawa at First and Main this week. Bank president Bob Naumann said the Ottawa office is starting small, with long-time Ottawa banker Roger Maxwell and Debbie Millard. As business develops, the location could expand into a full-service branch bank, Naumann said. The bank has long eyed Ottawa, which is very similar to Louisburg, he said.
