BALDWIN CITY — Funeral services were Saturday for a Baker University professor who died unexpectedly last week. Machele Timberlake, assistant professor of education and coordinator of student teachers at Baker’s school of education, died Dec. 10. Services were in Kansas City, Mo. A scholarship in her name has been established at Baker for a minority student in teacher education.
