TOPEKA — A 27 year-old woman from northeast Kansas has died from H1N1 swine flu. The Kansas Department of Health and Environment said the woman had other medical conditions that made her more susceptible to the flu. Twenty-three Kansans have died from swine flu, including one man from Franklin County.
