BALDWIN CITY — The Caldwell Family Christmas dinner is 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday at Baldwin City American Legion hall and the whole community is invited. Sheri Caldwell said that last year, her family decided to have a free Christmas dinner for the community as a way to celebrate after the family had experienced health issues. Seventy-five people showed up. She said she expects twice as many people to show. They’ve received donations of money and food for this year’s dinner. A harpist will also perform.
