BALDWIN CITY — Greg Neis has been named the new police chief for the Baldwin City Police Department. He has been interim police chief since August, when Mike McKenna resigned the post. He had been a sergeant with the department for about a year. Previously, he had been with the Eudora police for 13 years. He becomes chief Jan. 4.
