OTTAWA — A former Wellsville teacher and coach pleaded not guilty Monday in Franklin County District Court to a charges he had sex with a 16-year-old Wellsville student. Jeb Clements, who resigned last April, is free on $15,000 bond. He’ll next appear in court Feb. 8.
