TOPEKA — A national expert on community activism and non-profit leadership will speak on cranking up change in communities. Rudy Lopez of the Center for Community Change will speak about change through public policies Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 at the Capital Plaza Hotel in Topeka in a speech sponsored by the Sunflower Foundation. Lopez says the key to change is not trying to win change for people but help people to win change for themselves. His speech is free and open to the public. However reservations are required.
