KANSAS CITY–An Ottawa man was sentenced to 27 months in prison after he pleaded guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit wire fraud. U.S. District Judge Kathryn Vratil sentenced Lewis. B. Parsons II to federal prison after he said he stole various items from retail stores and sold them.
