RICHMOND — Roger Mills reported a fire at his home Sunday morning on State Street in Richmond. Fire fighters said the fire damaged the kitchen and part of a stairwell. The cause of the fire is under investigation but may have been caused by a heater. There was no immediate estimate of damage.
