OTTAWA — The city commission picked Loyd Builders and Devore and Associates of Ottawa to rebuild the ottawa airport. City manager Richard Nienstedt said the hope is that the project will be done by the end of October. One proposal calls for the hangar to be moved south. The main hangar and several airplanes were destroyed by the July windstorm.
