OTTAWA — The Ottawa City Commission will consider issuing bonds on behalf of Neosho County Community College to build a new Ottawa campus. Commissioners were told at their meeting Monday that the project would be more than $5 million. The college hasn’t said where a new campus would be built. Commissioners will likely express formal intent to issue the bonds during next week’s meeting.
