OTTAWA — Peoples Bank locations will be collection points for donations to the American Red Cross relief effort in Haiti. Donations of any amount will be accepted at the two Ottawa Peoples banks and other Peoples locations through Feb. 15. President and CEO Wint Winter, Jr., said Peoples Bank will match donations, up to $2,500 towards the final total.
