PANAMA CITY, Fla. — The wife of an Osawatomie football star was killed New Year’s Eve in Florida. The Osawatomie Journal reported that 53-year-old Amanda Jensen was killed when she tried to walk across a street in Panama City. She was the wife of Derrick Jensen, who played on Osawatomie’s 1973 state champion football team and for the NFL’s Oakland Raiders.
