LOUISBURG — Investigators are trying to find out why and who in the case of a woman found along U.S. 69 south of Louisburg. The partially-clothed body was reported to the Miami County Sheriff’s Department Wednesday morning by a motorist passing by. The sheriff’s department described the woman as being in her late 20s or 30s, having black hair and being white. She was wearing a black T-shirt with the name “Backyard Burgers” on the front left corner. The sheriff’s department said the body had apparently been there for less than 24 hours.
