RICHMOND–The fate of Central Heights Superintendent Jim Reece is still up in the air. The school board met in executive session Thursday night for 1 1/2 hours, but took no action. Reece was suspended with pay Jan. 13. Board attorney Steve Doering said an outside party is investigating Reece, but declined further comment.
