OTTAWA — Ransom Memorial Hospital lost money from its operating revenues last year but hospital CEO Larry Felix said it could have been a lot worse. The hospital made enough money from other sources that it ended up in the black, he said. It’s been a bad year for the economy, most businesses and most hospitals, he added.
