OTTAWA — Remember when mother said she wanted you to wash your hands? Well, as part of the hospital’s infection prevention program, Ransom Memorial Hospital’s CEO Larry Felix wants you to wash your hands. The hospital has placed hand sanitizer stations at the main entrances to encourage those who come in to visit patients to knock out germs on their hands, a major source of disease transmission, he said.
