WICHITA — Testimony continues today in the trial of Scott Roeder, the man accused of killing Wichita abortion doctor George Tiller at his church. Opening arguments started Friday morning in Sedgwick County District Court. In her opening statement to the jury, District Attorney Nola Foulston said the state would prove Roeder was guilty of pre-meditated murder. Abortion opponent Roeder has publicly said he killed Tiller.
